Residential

  • Dusting, vacuuming, wipe down and disinfect counters/tabletops, windowsills and mirrors, sweep and mop hardwood floors, exterior of fridge, exterior of oven, exterior of microwave, complete bathroom. Whatever is “visible to the naked eye.

Residential Deep Clean

  • Includes cleaning doors, doorknobs, and light switch plates. Wiping down all woodwork, walls, windowsills, ceiling fans (if accessible), hanging light fixtures, vents, vacuum, dust, sweep/mop hard surface floors, scrub and dry sinks, complete bathrooms, disinfect all surfaces, mirrors, interior and exterior of microwave/oven, exterior of fridge, exterior of dishwasher.

Airbnb/Vacation Home Rental Cleaning

  • Hotel-style cleaning includes:  bed making, setting out towels, clean bathrooms, kitchen, exterior and interior of all appliances, vacuum, dust, sweep/mop, restocking toilet paper/coffee/paper towels and whatever each hosts needs. We also let the host know what you need to restock on.

Move In/Move Out

  • Dusting, vacuuming, wipe down and disinfect counters, sweep and mop hardwood floors, exterior and interior of appliances, windowsills, interior and exterior of cabinets, complete bathroom. MUST BE EMPTY
